About The Position

As the Administrative Assistant, you play a key role in keeping the school running smoothly each day. You’ll support the School Director, teachers, and staff by coordinating office operations, maintaining student records, and helping ensure communication flows effectively between the school, families, and partners. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys creating structure in a fast-paced school environment. Your work helps ensure that staff can focus on teaching while students receive the support they need to succeed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency with common office technology and Microsoft Office, Excel and Databases

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a school or educational setting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office communication including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Support scheduling, calendars, and internal communications.
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day school operations.
  • Maintain organized and confidential student files.
  • Track student attendance and maintain accurate records.
  • Support enrollment documentation and student intake processes.
  • Assist with distributing reports and communications to families and school districts.
  • Coordinate student lunch program logistics and supply orders.
  • Assist with school events, celebrations, and administrative coordination.
  • Support staff with general operational needs across the school.
  • Assist in classrooms as needed.
  • Assist with interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and required compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance requests and operational needs.
