Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Perform accurate data entry into title and escrow systems
  • Assist with file setup, document organization, and basic administrative tasks
  • Support escrow officers, title examiners, and management as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized front office and work area
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
