This position is based in the following office location: New Hampshire The opportunity We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support a short-term project involving document organization and processing in one of our offices. You can expect to work 20 hours a week, and we anticipate the project lasting through to the end of June. You will report to the Assistant Vice President of Faculty Scheduling. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working with office technology.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of related administrative experience
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using office equipment and basic technology
  • Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are necessary

Responsibilities

  • Organize, sort, and box documents
  • Identify and process materials for retention or disposal
  • Prepare documents for scanning and storage
  • Dispose of documents following retention policies
  • Complete tasks using various office technologies
  • Support additional administrative tasks and project needs as assigned
