Additional duties involve training, coaching, counseling, and implementing disciplinary actions as needed. The manager also assists with staff monitoring and evaluation to promote continuous improvement. Oversight ensures adherence to ICF Regulations, Caswell/DHHS policies, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, and all relevant safety and sanitation guidelines.
