Assists the division in the administration of departmental financial and operating procedures and programs. Coordinates and manages purchasing and financial management for the department or division. Performs administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature in support of senior management. Plays a key role in coordinating division seminars and events. This position requires on-site presence five days per week, serving as the primary point of contact for operational issues that arise on the floor.
