About The Position

HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery. The Administrative Project Manager oversees corporate-wide projects and duties assigned across HealthRIGHT 360’s programs and locations. The Administrative Project Manager supports the VP-BHMS across programs by providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and project leadership. This role serves as a key liaison between clinical leadership, program teams, Human Resources, and other HealthRIGHT 360 departments to ensure efficient clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and DRAFT high-quality service delivery and project management. Majority focus for this role is within Southern California programs, but role may involve communication with all-agency programs (at times and if needed). Reliable transportation is required, as this role supports multiple programs and requires regular travel between sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Valid California Driver’s License and access to registered and insured transportation.
  • At least two years’ experience with project management in a social service organization.
  • Experience or familiarity with clinical services, preferably within a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
  • Experience and commitment to working with diverse communities.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), or equivalent administrative certification preferred.
  • Experience in providing training, mentorship, or development to staff preferred.
  • Experience participating in and leading organizational change and restructuring.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to SoCal programs under the VP-BHMS (and areas directly reporting to and as delegated by VP-BHMS).
  • Serve as liaison with HealthRIGHT 360 departments as directed.
  • Coordinate tasks and priorities between HR360 departments and VP-BHMS, as necessary. This includes scheduling, meetings, communications, agendas, support materials, tracking action items, and maintaining minutes.
  • Support procurement, facilities maintenance, and other operational needs.
  • Plan and execute any organization-wide meetings or retreats to support the VP-BHMS. This includes but is not limited to venue negotiation, agenda planning, marketing and communication, and ensuring rooms are properly arranged, catering is organized (when necessary), and materials are in place.
  • When assigned, represent VP-BHMS in meetings and take notes as instructed in the event VPBHMS is unable to attend.
  • Support administrative aspects of care coordination and clinical operations.
  • Create systems to improve the capacity of the administrative operations.
  • Assist with staff and provider onboarding and collaborate with Human Resources to ensure all requirements are met.
  • At the recommendation of senior leadership, take on new projects and assignments to ensure efficient operational procedures and practices.
  • Assist providers with billing, documentation, and IT-related needs.
  • Collaborate with compliance, program leadership, and VP-BHMS and direct reports to train, track, and ensure appropriate provider documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with local, state, and institutional regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with all levels of staff across programs.
  • Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and organization events.
  • Ensure all duties are completed efficiently, accurately, and within required timelines.
  • And perform other duties as assigned.
