Performs a range of technical, administrative and clerical duties in support of program operations. Position Description: Provides support and handles administrative tasks for department including but not limited to: 1. Check -ins for persons served 2. Answering and directing calls 3. Scheduling follow-up appointments 4. Monitoring lobby area 5. Scanning and filing documents 6. Assisting with client registration and data entry as needed Collect client payment at time of check in if required Perform internal audits periodically to maintain proper CQI measures Monitors, prepares, and completes intermediate reports in a timely manner to meet reporting requirements Ensures quality customer service by providing a positive experience for staff, clients, and Other Duties as Assigned
