We’re looking for an Administrative Support Manager to lead and elevate our administrative support function across the agency. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on organization, loves building systems, and knows how to lead teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5+ years of progressive administrative experience, including supervisory or management experience
  • Strong knowledge of office operations and workflow design
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results across sites
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Successful background screening

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of administrative professionals, including a Supervisor and site-based staff
  • Standardize and improve administrative processes across all locations
  • Oversee front desk operations to ensure a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors
  • Manage office systems including supplies, inventory, and purchasing practices
  • Monitor workflows and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and service delivery
  • Partner with leadership and program teams to align administrative support with organizational needs
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of administrative staff
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, confidentiality standards, and operational requirements
  • Contribute to agency-wide initiatives and strategic goals
