About The Position

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our team supporting our client, Xcel Energy, in Lakewood, CO. In this role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by organizing information, supporting reporting processes, and assisting internal teams. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfort working with both internal teams and external stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of utilities, construction, or engineering environments is a plus (not required)
• Experience working with reports, data tracking, or quality checks
• Process improvement mindset
• Ability to translate technical information into clear communication

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and tracking documents
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before publishing or sharing
• Screen and route incoming tickets or requests
• Perform occasional outbound calls to gather or confirm information
• Support Service Center Representatives with administrative tasks
• Help develop and improve processes, workflows, and documentation
• Identify errors or inconsistencies and resolve them proactively
