About The Position

Bath Fitter is Growing and we want you! Our Wilmington, NC Branch is in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! Please note: The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 7:00a - 3:30p in office The ideal Administrative Coordinator will handle the day-to-day administrative tasks such as payroll processing, reviewing and entering job orders using our software, answering incoming calls and setting appointments. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Problem Solving and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with common work processing and spreadsheet software
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Adherence to company dress code
