Requirements

1–2 years of customer service or sales experience
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with excellent grammar and professionalism
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals

Responsibilities

Be the first point of connection for prospective students—guiding them through their education journey via inbound and outbound calls, email and SMS Texting
Respond to inquiries and manage leads using our CRM system with accuracy and care
Clearly communicate program details, career outcomes, and enrollment steps
Ensure all interactions align with federal, state, accreditation, and institutional guidelines
Build trust with prospective students by delivering a supportive, informative, and positive experience
