About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics Architect & MarTech Expert to lead our digital analytics and marketing technology strategy. This role will design scalable tracking architectures, manage the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, and ensure high‑quality data to power insights, personalization, and business decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics architecture and implementation.
  • Strong expertise with Adobe Launch, data layers, eVars/props/events, and debugging tools.
  • Hands-on experience across the MarTech stack: AEP, Target, CDP, CJA, A/B testing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, web/mobile tagging, and analytics QA.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Architect end‑to‑end Adobe Analytics solutions, including data layers, tagging strategy, and implementation.
  • Lead MarTech platforms (Adobe Analytics, Launch, Target, CJA, AEP/CDP) and ensure cohesive data flows across channels.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Oversee tag management, experimentation, and personalization initiatives.
  • Establish governance, documentation standards, and ensure compliance with data security/privacy requirements.
  • Drive reporting enablement through Adobe Workspace, audience activation, and cross-platform integrations.
