THE BUSINESS UNIT
Engines & Power Systems develops and produces high-performance propulsion engines and auxiliary power units for air transport, business & general aviation, and military customers worldwide. The business is dedicated to accelerating growth by developing and introducing new products that meet customers' needs for engines and power systems that are powerful, efficient, and easy to maintain, and by continuously improving core propulsion and Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) offerings. We've delivered over 100k auxiliary power units and over 72k engines since 1959.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Special Process Coatings Cementation with background in coatings (aluminizing).
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
