We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Professional (APP) to join our nationally recognized Hematology and Oncology team in Chicago. This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position with a strong emphasis on ambulatory care and collaborative practice within a leading cancer center. Schedule Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Practice Overview 90% ambulatory / 10% inpatient hospital rounding Provide care for both Hematology and Oncology patients Manage patients across the care continuum, including new and established patients Conduct follow-up visits, patient education, and treatment teaching Perform procedures as trained and credentialed Collaborate closely with physicians, oncology-certified nurses, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary support staff What Sets Us Apart as a Leading Cancer Center in Chicago Nationally Recognized Excellence Fully accredited by the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer (CoC) and the National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer, reflecting the highest standards of patient-centered cancer care.
