As an Advisor Support Professional, you will provide quality service to our field partners and clients in a call center environment. Act as an advocate for VFA Broker Dealer by utilizing excellent communication, problem solving, research and analytical skills to assist with complex issues regarding account statuses, balances, account transfers, and general inquires. Provide professional, accurate and prompt service to field partners and clients with a sense of urgency at all times. Be available to work any shift within our hours of operations (8am-5pm (CST))
