Requirements
- Love working with children (and they tend to love you back)
- Show up on time and bring good vibes
- Are patient, upbeat, and ready to learn
- Enjoy teamwork and trying new ideas
- Are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Can work weekday afternoons
Responsibilities
- Leading games, crafts, and enrichment activities
- Helping with homework and positive behavior support
- Creating a safe, inclusive, high-energy environment
- Building strong connections with kids and families
- Working with teammates to keep afternoons fun and smooth
