About The Position

Aftermarket Spares Fulfillment Coordinator Location: Ivyland, PA — Milton Roy, 201 Ivyland Rd., Warminster, PA 18974 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime and some weekends as needed | Status: Full-time, direct hire Day in the Life Your shift begins on the Ivyland floor with a prioritized pick list. You’ll retrieve spare parts, assemble kitted orders, and prepare packages for domestic and international customers. Throughout the day you’ll work in JD Edwards to process transactions, confirm shipments, print labels and documents, and ensure accuracy for both export and domestic consignments. You’ll coordinate closely with import/export and customer service teams for special instructions, document any deviations you see, and log productivity. When a turnback is flagged, you’ll help trace the root cause and suggest remedies so the team gets better every day. Before you wrap up, you’ll review stock levels, request cycle counts as needed, and capture any process improvements worth piloting next week—all while keeping safety and quality front and center. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year in picking/packing, cycle counting, or other fast-paced operations.
  • 1+ year of general computer proficiency, including SSO, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Read and follow work instructions with precision.
  • Balance multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong time management, sound judgment, adaptability, and clear communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs individually and up to 70 lbs with a team lift.
  • Experience with hand, pneumatic, and power tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses).
  • Customer service and troubleshooting
  • Shipping/receiving and distribution operations
  • Equipment/parts counter sales and inside sales
  • Scheduling; budgeting/forecasting; sourcing and procurement
  • Excellent communication; blueprint reading
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Pick spare parts and prepare them for shipment; assemble and transact kitting work orders.
  • Execute shipments in JD Edwards (ERP) for both domestic and export orders.
  • Track turnbacks and participate in root-cause analysis.
  • Hit or exceed daily/weekly production targets.
  • Partner with import/export and customer service for order details and shipping instructions.
  • Monitor inventory levels; trigger cycle counts as appropriate.
  • Keep current on aftermarket product features and benefits; share knowledge with teammates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork; document issues, defects, or process deviations.
