About The Position

New Opportunities on the SST /TDY team. We are looking for qualified individuals who are flexible and love to travel. Do you enjoy change and learning new things? If so, the TDY team might be a good fit for you. TDY (Temporary Duty) agents are assigned to different stations throughout the system to cover shortages or training needs. If you are flexible and would enjoy working in Aspen, CO one week and Gillette, WY the next, this might be the job for you. This is a part-time position. Remote domicile may be available upon approval. Provide stations with temporary assistance due to vacations, LOA, or station openings Scheduled to cover open shifts in stations needing temporary duty assistance, including, but not limited to, new station operations, existing operations coverage and special assignments Position requires training and certification compliance for all operational and position types within Customer Service station operations (ramp, gate, ticket counter, baggage service, etc.) Maintain currency with all regulatory and company policies Help ensure compliance with all SkyWest and regulatory operating standards and procedures Promotes and conveys a high standard of excellence in Customer Service, safety, regulatory, and company policy Constantly promotes teamwork

Requirements

  • Currently have 1 year of Above or Below Wing experience in Airport Operations
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and personal car insurance
  • Currently trained on United Above Wing and Below Wing
  • In good standing with SkyWest Airlines
  • Clear knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines’ policies and procedures
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Type at least 30 wpm
  • Comfortable knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work well under pressure
  • Lift 50+ lbs. consistently with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Flexible for travel throughout the SkyWest system

Responsibilities
