About The Position
EXL is seeking a Senior Manager – AI & Analytics Delivery to lead complex, client-facing engagements at the intersection of agentic AI, machine learning, and enterprise data. This is a high-visibility onshore role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions. The Senior Manager will lead multi-workstream programmes spanning the full AI lifecycle — from solution architecture and model development through to production deployment and stakeholder adoption. Engagements typically involve agentic AI systems, LLM-based automation, and ML-driven decision intelligence at enterprise scale.
