THE ROLE This is a strategy-first role for someone who has owned paid media at scale, not one channel, but the full 360 degree ecosystem. You have run significant budget simultaneously across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and emerging channels. You don't just execute; you architect the strategy that determines how and where capital flows. Your responsibilities sit at the intersection of building and doing. Internally, you design and develop the performance marketing solutions that power how Hilbert operates across paid channels. Externally, you work directly alongside customers, diagnosing their paid media challenges, developing bespoke growth strategies, and turning Hilbert's predictive outputs into concrete, accountable action across every major paid channel.
