Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, clean driver’s license (Required)
- Must be 21+ with reliable transportation
- Comfortable with heights and tight spaces
- Basic math skills (you’ll be calculating square footage)
Nice To Haves
- HVAC knowledge or related experience is a plus, but not required—we train you!
- One year of maintenance or HVAC experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Learn air duct and dryer vent cleaning from the ground up
- Interact professionally with residential and commercial clients
- Climb ladders, access attics/crawl spaces, and work on roofs
- Lift up to 50 lbs, stay active, and work in all types of weather
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Communicate clearly and work well both independently and on a team
