Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Must have a clean, valid driver's license
• 21 years of age or older
• High degree of attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation to work
• High level of professionalism
• High capacity, self-motivated, driven individual
• Skill of math (basic adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing – know how to figure square footage)
• Ability to lift 50lb and be in good health
• Comfortable climbing ladders, in attics and crawl spaces, or being on roofs (not afraid of heights)

Nice To Haves

• HVAC knowledge and basic understanding Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Know your route and schedule daily
• Professional appearance and communication with clients
• Available to work year-round (all weather conditions)
