Job Summary The Support Specialist serves as a primary service and strategic support partner for clients within the employee benefits stop-loss insurance space. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, supporting Account Executives, and ensuring accurate, timely, and proactive management of stop-loss benefit plans. The Support Specialist plays a critical role in client retention and day-to-day client satisfaction.
