Requirements

5+ years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
3+ years of project management experience, preferably with AMHS systems.
Familiarity with scheduling systems, SPC, DOE, and equipment integration.
Strong understanding of semiconductor fab operations and cleanroom protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of machine learning applications in logistics optimization.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of AMHS projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Serve as primary liaison between internal and customer vendors.
Ensure alignment on technical specifications, safety protocols, and operational requirements.
Oversee installation and commissioning of AMHS electrical to components including OHTs, stockers, and control systems.
Coordinate system integration with fab automation and IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and lead troubleshooting efforts.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
Track progress against milestones and proactively address delays or cost overruns.
Ensure all work complies with Intel’s safety standards and local regulations.
Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage relationships with AMHS supplier.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, facilities, and operations teams.
