Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with AMHS systems.
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems, SPC, DOE, and equipment integration.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fab operations and cleanroom protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of machine learning applications in logistics optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of AMHS projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Serve as primary liaison between internal and customer vendors.
  • Ensure alignment on technical specifications, safety protocols, and operational requirements.
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of AMHS electrical to components including OHTs, stockers, and control systems.
  • Coordinate system integration with fab automation and IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and lead troubleshooting efforts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Track progress against milestones and proactively address delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure all work complies with Intel’s safety standards and local regulations.
  • Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage relationships with AMHS supplier.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, facilities, and operations teams.
