The Analyst plays a critical role in driving financial performance across the portfolio by combining data‑driven analysis, project management discipline, and team coordination. This role sits within the Operations team, directly supporting the Asset Management team. The Analyst will also work with key stakeholders, including various April Housing departments, executive leadership, and our Property Management Companies (PMCOs), to identify performance gaps, execute improvement initiatives, and track and report impact. This is a hands‑on, execution‑oriented role for someone who is comfortable moving between financial models, dashboards, operating details, and project workstreams, and who can translate analysis into action.
