About The Position

Our goal in People Services is to deliver an exceptional experience to employees and provide comprehensive service support to HR. We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and versatile professional to join our team. This unique role is designed to provide the incumbent with broad exposure to the inner workings of U.S. People Services, offering a well-rounded experience through multiple assignments in HR advisory, operational efficiency, and complex problem resolution. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by contributing to four core areas of our HR operations: HR Advisory & Engagement : Serve as a key resource for employees and managers by providing high-quality assistance and resolution for various HR-related inquiries. You will utilize a diagnostic approach to understand needs and provide clear guidance on company policies and self-service resources. Complex Case Management : Gain exposure to high-level HR matters by assisting in the resolution of complex employee issues. This includes conducting research, managing sensitive information with professional judgment, and ensuring that intricate inquiries are handled with accuracy and empathy. Operational Excellence : Support the team in identifying and recommending process enhancements. You will play an active role in projects designed to improve day-to-day operations, enhance the employee experience, and streamline operational and service delivery. Strategic Collaboration : Work across various teams within U.S. People Services to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for all stakeholders, while sharing insights that help the team identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a professional environment with a focus on problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources or customer service-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with HR policy or areas of expertise (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Relations).
  • Experience utilizing HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow.
  • Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to show empathy and provide supportive guidance when addressing employee concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
