This role operates within the Legal Platform Operations (LPO) team, which is responsible for supporting, configuring, and operating practice-centric legal technology solutions across the firm. The Analyst supports the execution of platform integrations, operational readiness, and measurement activities by assisting in translating approved requirements into secure and supportable platform configurations. The position partners closely with Practice Innovation (PI) and Practice Solutions (PS) teams to ensure solutions are implemented consistently with LTI’s problem-first, platform-first, and evidence-led principles, while gaining experience across the full LTI delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years supporting or delivering enterprise technology solutions, preferably within Microsoft 365, Azure, or integrated cloud environments
  • Exposure to structured delivery frameworks such as Agile or DevOps
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and Microsoft 365 enterprise services
  • Familiarity with APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, and modern authentication concepts (OAuth, SAML, SCIM)
  • Basic experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with eagerness to learn complex systems
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts at an appropriate level
  • Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous skill development

Responsibilities

  • Assists with solution integration activities in alignment with firm architecture, security, and platform standards, including configuration of connectors, APIs, authentication models, and data pipelines
  • Supports coordination with vendors, security, architecture, and practice stakeholders to validate requirements, testing outcomes, and deployment readiness
  • Participates in system testing, deployment validation, and post-go-live verification activities across global environments
  • Helps maintain platform environments and follows established integration patterns and secure-by-design standards
  • Supports the implementation and operation of telemetry dashboards and usage pipelines used to track defined KPIs
  • Contributes data inputs and analysis to Value Realization Reports, helping demonstrate improvements in efficiency, quality, risk reduction, and user satisfaction
  • Escalates insights related to adoption trends, operational issues, or optimization opportunities to senior team members
  • Provides second-level support for LTO-supported applications and integrations under guidance from senior team members
  • Assists with maintaining solution documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks as part of the LPO knowledge base
  • Participates in backlog refinement, retrospectives, and continuous learning activities to support ongoing delivery and platform maturity
  • Works with PI and PS teams to ensure configurations align with approved requirements, scenario briefs, and architecture designs.
  • Supports engagement with practice groups to understand workflows, operational needs, and adoption considerations
  • Assists with change enablement and user guidance activities by translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
