About The Position

Role summary: The Temporary Senior Analyst supports the Specialty Compliance & Ethics team by managing regulatory communication channels, ensuring timely workflow coordination, and providing operational support to internal subject‑matter experts. This role is critical in maintaining organized, auditable, and compliant interactions with regulators and stakeholders while enabling efficient ticket triage and response management. About the team: The team manages the company’s product safety regulatory reporting program, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to regulatory agencies. They maintain compliance through strong governance, risk management, and process improvements. Collaborating across functions, the team monitors regulations, develops strategies, and communicates findings to leadership. With a focus on clear communication and leadership, the group supports continuous learning and operational excellence while upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all activities. What you'll do: Serve as the first‑line intake point for inbound regulatory communications (e.g., CPSC, federal/state agencies, industry partners). Log, track, and route regulatory contacts to appropriate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses. Manage shared team inboxes dedicated to regulatory and compliance inquiries. Monitor, sort, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications according to internal SLAs. Review and assess newly submitted tickets (regulatory, compliance, case management) to ensure proper categorization. Partner with internal teams such as Legal, Product Safety, Customer Care, and Item Compliance to support response accuracy and alignment. What you'll bring: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and workflow/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Case Management tools). Strong communication skills manage email processing efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build trusting relationships and contribute positively to team development through feedback and coaching.   • The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00
  • The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
  • Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
  • Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
