The Program Administrator assists the Program Manager in coordinating administrative operations for both residency and fellowship programs in the Department of Anesthesiology. Responsibilities

  • Aiding the Program Manager in coordinating administrative operations for both residency and fellowship programs.
  • Serving as the liaison between Program Directors and Program Coordinators to ensure consistent communication and alignment of program goals.
  • Coordinating program-wide initiatives, events, and projects.
  • Assisting with accreditation readiness, including documentation tracking, reporting, and compliance with ACGME and institutional standards.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing process improvements to boost program efficiency.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities for residents and fellows in collaboration with coordinators.
  • Compiling and maintaining program data, reports, and performance metrics for leadership review.
  • Assisting in managing program budgets and expenditures.
  • Offering mentorship and support to coordinators on complex or advanced issues.
