About The Position

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are hiring an AR /AP analyst to work in our PFS office in Owego, NY. The AR/AP role is responsible for providing customer service regarding collection issues, process, and review account adjustments, and resolving invoice discrepancies. You are responsible for reducing the delinquency of assigned accounts. You must communicate effectively with operations management regarding customer accounts in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Have professional verbal & written communication skills
• Be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Can use ALL Microsoft applications Word, Excel, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

• We currently use Microsoft Dynamics SL for accounting, but prior knowledge is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding collection issues
• Process and review account adjustments
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Reduce the delinquency of assigned accounts
• Communicate effectively with operations management regarding customer accounts in a timely manner
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests
• Processing of POs and receiving documents against invoices
• Generate and send/upload invoices
• Post payments and generate customer reconciliation documents
• Perform collections duties on outstanding invoices
• Reconcile AR accounts and resolve billing disputes
• Analyze AP/AR aging to identify risks and trends
• Prepare and update financial reports

• Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, some Saturdays as needed
