About The Position

The Application and Integration Developer at CRYSTAL FLASH INC is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and integration solutions that meet the company’s business requirements. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development and integration.
• Proven experience with API development and integration.
• Experience in working with various programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience in using integration tools and platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Proficiency in database management and SQL.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Document application and integration processes, including design specifications, configurations, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application and integration solutions.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments as needed.
