Application Manager-UKG WFM
About The Position
Purpose & Scope: The Application Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, administration, configuration, optimization, and day‑to‑day operations of one or more enterprise business applications. This role serves as the primary functional and technical owner for assigned platforms and oversees enhancements, integrations, issue resolution, governance, user experience, and overall application performance. The Application Manager partners closely with business stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, and other departments to ensure solutions meet organizational, regulatory, and security requirements while supporting long‑term enterprise strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on configuration, administration, or system management experience in enterprise applications.
- Experience with system implementation, testing, and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement skills.
- Experience managing integrations, data quality, and end‑to‑end application workflows.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in HR, Payroll, Finance, or Operations environments preferred.
- Relevant application or vendor certifications preferred.
- Additional compliance or security certifications beneficial but not required.
