GCyber is seeking an Application Support Administrator, to support a high-profile government customer. As the Application Support Technician, you will ensure application operate efficiently and meets user needs. As an Application Support Administrator , you will: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across enterprise systems in accordance with approved requests and security policies. Provide Level 1/Level 2 application support for account access issues, password resets, and login troubleshooting. Investigate and resolve incidents and requests, escalating to higher-level support when necessary. Monitor and report on ticket status and trends, proactively identify opportunities to improve service performance and security. Ensure all changes follow change control protocols and are logged in the ticketing system Support audits of application security controls, accounts, and accessess Support application assessments for compliance with security policies, internal and external requirements. Participate in cross-functional projects that involve cloud applications and systems as needed.
