Application Support Analyst
About The Position
Keep bank applications and data infrastructure up and running by supporting a suite of financial services applications; create and maintain effective customer/user relationships so as to ensure customer/user satisfaction; maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge; actively contribute to keeping production applications stable by providing technical and functional knowledge solutions; present ideas in user-friendly language; conduct research into technology issues, standards, and products; work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; and participate in root-cause analysis of recurring issues. Travel to client worksites in metro Boston area is required (50%).
