About The Position

INSIGHT2PROFIT is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Technology team in a part-time role that delivers real-world experience you can proudly put on your resume. As an Application Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our internal business platform (DRIVE) running smoothly while you support users, troubleshoot issues, and work across tech and business teams to resolve problems quickly and professionally. You’ll manage incoming support tickets, dig into technical challenges, test new features, maintain accurate user access and data, and help launch new tools. This is hands-on work where you’ll sharpen your communication skills, see agile in action, and learn how a growing company uses technology to drive performance.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor ’s in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Strong communicator — able to work with technical and non-technical users
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Experience with MS Office (required)
  • Comfortable working independently during onsite morning shifts

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to support tickets, emails, and occasional video calls
  • Troubleshoot technical issues; escalate complex ones to the right team
  • Manage user access to systems and client-facing applications
  • Keep application data accurate and up-to-date
  • Participate in application testing and support portal launches
