We’re looking for a people-centric, self-starting part time Employee Experience Coordinator to support First Orion’s People Team. This role plays a hands-on, highly visible part in creating a warm, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our team members. If you have an interest in hospitality, customer service, or employee experience, this is an excellent entry point into People Operations. This role is physical and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys being active, helping others, and creating meaningful moments throughout the workday. Duration This is a seasonal, part-time role running March–August. Extensions may be considered based on organizational needs, budget availability, strong performance, and fit.
