About The Position

We’re looking for a people-centric, self-starting part time Employee Experience Coordinator to support First Orion’s People Team. This role plays a hands-on, highly visible part in creating a warm, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our team members. If you have an interest in hospitality, customer service, or employee experience, this is an excellent entry point into People Operations. This role is physical and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys being active, helping others, and creating meaningful moments throughout the workday. Duration This is a seasonal, part-time role running March–August. Extensions may be considered based on organizational needs, budget availability, strong performance, and fit.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move 25+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the building for most of the shift
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, twist, and lift while stocking supplies, setting up events, and organizing storage areas
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks such as unloading deliveries, breaking down boxes, restocking shelves, and arranging furniture or event materials
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, friendly, and servant-hearted approach to helping others
• Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
• Reliability and consistent attendance

Nice To Haves

• Interest in hospitality, customer service, or People/HR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Restock snacks, drinks, and coffee supplies throughout office breakrooms
• Keep breakrooms tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked
• Break down boxes and manage recycling and waste in breakroom areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock room
• Receive incoming packages, track inventory, and restock supplies as needed
• Assist with setup and teardown of catered lunches, Beer:30, breakfasts, and other onsite events
• Ensure spaces are prepared, clean, and ready for team member gatherings
• Provide friendly, helpful, and service-minded interactions with team members and visitors
• Partner closely with the People Team to support daily office experience needs
• Prepare for incoming new hires, including desk setup, assembling swag bags, scheduling calendar invitations, and setting up the orientation room
• Jump in proactively when you see an opportunity to improve the employee experience
• Serve as a friendly, dependable resource for our team members throughout the day
