About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Applications Administrator to join Atlanta Community Foodbank’s dynamic I&T team. The applications administrator will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's software applications. This role will perform a variety of duties related to the integration, administration, upgrade, testing and support of enterprise and departmental software applications and databases; to assist with relational database systems installation, administration, and support; to build and support interfaces and data export and import routines between applications; to identify database and application needs and solutions; to assist software projects; act as an advisor to user departments in order to maintain process support to best utilize the systems deployed; to support end-users in the use of client and server applications; to write custom reports; and to perform related work as required.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Builder, and Suite Analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and services.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL, integration tools and third-party NetSuite applications.
  • Understanding of TIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP system, including configuration, customization, and maintenance of system settings.
  • Serve as an administrator for our eCommerce, Enterprise Resource Planning, Warehouse Management, Constituent Relationship Management, Routing and Transportation Management systems including configuration, customization, and maintenance of system settings.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings within NetSuite.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain data management processes, including data cleansing, deduplication, and archiving strategies.
  • Perform regular data audits and quality checks to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Customize NetSuite workflows, forms, fields, and records to align with business requirements and processes.
  • Develop and maintain Suite Scripts, workflows, saved searches, and custom reports to enhance system functionality and meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on system enhancements and integrations.
  • Assist in the implementation of NetSuite ERP system, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
  • Provide training and support to end users on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and system updates.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for NetSuite-related inquiries and support requests.
  • Coordinate and participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Evaluate new NetSuite features, modules, and add-ons to recommend and implement solutions that drive business value and efficiency.
