Penske Automotive Operations, a division of Penske Automotive Group , is looking for a motivated individual to join our Business Development Center as an Appointment Coordinator and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences. Requirements

  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer service experience.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Prompt responses to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Keyboard skills of 50 plus wpm
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  • Ability to interact well with a diverse group of people
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and one to two years of related experience and/or training in a customer service or receptionist or similar position.
  • One year prior experience in a dealership; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service appointments for our guests efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer basic questions about service hours, appointment availability, and general maintenance needs.
  • Deliver a flawless guest experience on every call ... ensuring professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with dealership teams to ensure smooth communication and scheduling coordination.
