The Inventory & Logistics Manager is responsible for working with all assigned branch locations to attain the highest possible levels of process efficiency, right sized fleet, Working Capital allocation and asset management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
  • Supply chain management and relevant ERP system experience
  • Ability to proficiently multi-task daily.
  • Effective account management and customer service skill sets.
  • Knowledge of strategic and tactical problem solving capabilities.
  • Understand assigned budgetary and fiscal responsibility requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of P&L fiscal requirements.
  • Strong ethical compliance standards.
  • Ability to engender effective leadership capabilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong workplace resiliency capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Branch / Operations managers in maintaining proper vehicle, utility, and freight optimization
  • Assist in logistics standardization initiatives
  • Develop and effectively communicate options for most cost-effective inventory sourcing
  • Provide support and guidance for identifying and managing logistics consolidation, Open Document process training and problem solving
  • Purchase Order Expediting Identification and Branch Training
  • Assist Branch and Operations Managers with Product Standardization, Excess Vehicle/Trailer Management and Liquidation
  • Assist Permian Locations with invoice processing, DMS maintenance and dispute resolution
  • Must understand and comply with all workplace safety policies of DNOW
  • All work assignments must be carried out to the highest quality service level.
  • Insures compliance with personnel policies and government HSE employment practices.
  • Other Duties as required
