Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Supervisor to support and oversee maintenance operations across multiple senior living communities throughout Southwest Florida. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, prior senior living maintenance experience, and multi-site oversight experience. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety, compliance, functionality, and asset preservation of our communities. Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance oversight and operational support for multiple senior living communities across the Southwest Florida region
  • Manage property and asset maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
  • Utilize and support the TELS maintenance management system
  • Participate in and support Fire Marshal inspections and regulatory visits
  • Ensure preventative maintenance programs are executed consistently across all sites
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and hands-on technical support as needed
  • Support capital projects, vendor management, and facility upgrades
  • Travel frequently between communities, often on short notice during hurricane season
