About The Position

This position is responsible for managing one or more branch offices including recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching all branch team members while increasing overall annual closed loan volume in full compliance of all laws, regulations, and Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License required
A clear understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application through delivery of the loan package to an investor
Excellent communication skills required
Good problem solving skills
Must be detailed oriented

Responsibilities

Utilizing his or her knowledge, training, and experience to manage the operations including expenses of one or more branch office(s)
Hire branch employees to conduct the work of the branch office(s) according to Company’s hiring practices and procedures
Manage the daily affairs of the branch office(s)
Direct the work of branch employee
Monitor employee performance and employee adherence to Company’s policies and procedures
Make hiring and dismissal decisions
Comply/conform to all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
Participate in management decisions and initiatives for entire region
Liaison between branch and region.
Liaison between branches and region and corporate office
Ensure compliance in all divisions in the area
Enhance image of Company both nationally and locally
