As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to situations with professionalism, document observations, and communicate clearly with employees and visitors. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe the environment for unusual activity, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations through established channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance as needed and coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders.
• Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate significant events promptly to supervision and site leadership.
