Requirements

Valid Florida Class G Security License or equivalent firearm permit.
Experience in armed security, military, or law enforcement (preferred).
CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred).
Skilled in operating CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
Physically fit for patrolling and emergency response.
Familiar with loss prevention and security protocols.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in armed security, military, or law enforcement (preferred).
CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises to ensure safety and security.
Respond quickly and appropriately to security threats or incidents.
Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
Enforce security protocols and deter unauthorized activities.
Resolve conflicts and de-escalate tense situations professionally.
Provide immediate assistance in emergencies, including CPR/First Aid when required.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.
Maintain accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard property and assets.
Ensure a safe environment for staff, visitors, and clients.
