Role Summary The AI Solutions Lead is the strategic and technical owner of the organization's AI and modern-technology transformation. This role defines the enterprise AI roadmap, architects solutions across Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Platform, Azure, and other commercial AI tools, and leads cross-functional adoption efforts. The AI Solutions Lead partners with IT, security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact solutions that modernize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in solutions architecture, enterprise IT, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree required in an Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Fashion Technology or a related field.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, LLM-based applications, or RPA tools.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or Power Platform.
  • Background in consulting or enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

  • AI & Technology Strategy Develop and maintain the enterprise AI and automation strategy, including KPIs and adoption milestones.
  • Evaluate and integrate commercial AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot for M365, Azure OpenAI, and other SaaS AI platforms).
  • Identify and prioritize high-value use cases across business units.
  • Align AI initiatives with business goals and long-term digital transformation plans.
  • Solution Architecture & Implementation Architect solutions using Copilot for M365, ChatGPT-based workflows, Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party AI tools.
  • Design secure, scalable integrations between enterprise systems and AI capabilities.
  • Partner with Azure/Entra Admin to ensure identity, access, and governance readiness.
  • Build custom copilots, automations, and applications using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Automation & Workflow Modernization Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI augmentation.
  • Implement low-code/no-code solutions to streamline operations.
  • Establish standards for automation governance and lifecycle management.
  • Prompt Engineering & AI Workflow Design Create prompt libraries, templates, and reusable patterns for Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
  • Translate business processes into AI-powered workflows.
  • Coach teams on effective prompting and AI-assisted work.
  • Governance, Security & Compliance Collaborate with security and data governance teams to establish responsible AI guardrails.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
  • Conduct data readiness assessments and remediation plans.
  • Change Leadership & Enablement Lead change management, communication, and training strategies for AI and modern workplace technologies.
  • Deliver workshops, demos, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Build and support an internal AI & Automation Champions network.
