Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator
About The Position
With over 115 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black-Top Paving, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a safety minded Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator to join our team to operate paver and other heavy equipment . The Equipment Operator will collaborate between field foreman and paving team, maintain production and direct asphalt trucks, and perform ground tasks such as luting and shoveling black top . Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires. Qualified candidates will have: 5 years of asphalt construction equipment experience preferred. Valid state issued driver's license and evidence of auto insurance. CDL Class A - medical card with air brake and tanker endorsement preferred. Knowledge of Hydraulics and Hydrostatics.
