Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One (1) to three (3) years related experience in manufacturing or industrial companies.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 5 to 25 pounds (with the appropriate safety equipment that the Company provides).
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
  • Must be able to work Shift B which starts anywhere from 3pm to 6pm and can end anywhere from 1130pm-2am but also be available to work also first shift.

Responsibilities

  • Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce medical devices products such as IV bags.
  • Assure that all operations are in compliance with all Company standards
  • Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
  • Fastens parts together.
  • Works at different workstations as production needs require.
  • Works online where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.
  • Inspect each part assuring that the product has zero defects.
  • Displeased the finish product in the appropriate box and stock them until the material handler comes.
  • Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.
  • Removes samples of materials, labels with identifying information, and takes samples to laboratory for analysis as requested.
  • Must be able to keep the work area in the cleanest and order conditions.
