This isn't about watching from the sidelines—you'll operate laser equipment, design custom fixtures, and execute assembly processes that directly impact our customers. Get hands-on experience across the entire assembly workflow while building skills that will set you apart in your engineering career. What You'll Do Master the Tools of the Trade Operate laser markers and cutters, power tools, forklifts, and other machinery with increasing independence Use precision equipment to execute assembly tasks including pin installation, threaded insert installation, part marking, and finish application Follow work instructions to the letter and ensure every product meets customer requirements Design and Build What You Need Create fixtures, tooling, and supporting equipment that make assembly processes better Develop detailed process plans that actually work on the shop floor Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and quality Ensure Excellence at Every Step Inspect and measure in-process and finished products to maintain our high standards Document your work accurately and maintain meticulous time tracking records Follow our Quality Manual, procedures, and training requirements Keep Things Running Smoothly Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets our high standards Make deliveries and pickups from vendors and local suppliers as needed Package finished products with care and attention to detail
