This role involves leading a team of Assemblers, providing technical guidance while ensuring high-quality production and on-time delivery of complex equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, organized leader with a strong mechanical background and a proven ability to guide and motivate a large team.

Requirements

Mechanical Assembly: 5 years
Team Leadership/Supervision: 2 years
Power Tools: 2 years
Blueprint/Technical Drawing Reading: 2 years

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and manage a large team of Machine Assemblers to achieve production goals
Plan, assign, and prioritize workflow in the department to ensure deadlines are consistently met
Oversee the accurate assembly of equipment using hand and power tools
Interpret and apply complex technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints with precision
Troubleshoot assembly challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback, conduct performance reviews, and develop improvement plans to support team growth
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying training needs and refining processes
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Perform all other duties as assigned
