About The Position

As an Assistant Area Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Zone Manager in the daily oversight of site operations. Your role focuses on maintaining operational excellence, driving financial performance, and ensuring every team member adheres to company standards. Reporting directly to the Zone Manager and Regional Manager, you play a pivotal role in executing growth strategies, elevating the customer experience, and coaching the team to meet and exceed company objectives. With over 40 years in the automotive industry, we have provided a wide range of products and services to all levels within the automotive sector. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent adherence to company procedures and standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to Site Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Promote a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and high morale.
  • Ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction across all sites.
  • Assist with address and resolve complex customer issues, providing guidance to Site Managers on maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ensure all sites comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee safety programs and initiatives, promoting a safe work environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
