The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the leadership, coaching, onboarding, and continuous training of all Member Experience Officers & Representatives. Monitors assigned employee activity; provides leadership, guidance, and support; with a focus on meeting or exceeding performance expectations to achieve member experience service levels and branch sales goals. Directs the daily operational and reporting functions of the branch including compliance with existing regulations and policies. Supports the Area Branch Manager or Branch Manager in creating engaged members, business members, organic growth, and enhanced branch profitability.
